Bhai Balbir Singh was born on 8th September 1964 at village Basiala , Distt. Hoshiarpur, Punjab. He did his schooling in Nawanshar. In his early childhood he was inspired to imbibe Gurmat by his Father S.Chint Singh and Mother Mata Naseeb Kaur.

In his early childhood he was inspired to imbibe Gurmat by his Father S.Chint Singh and Mother Mata Naseeb Kaur. Since his childhood, he used to recite Nitnem in the Local Gurudwara and started learning kirtan. Soon he came in Sangat of " Sant Baba Kishan Singh Ji "( Rarra Sahib) and started practicing Shabad Guru and regularly performing selfless service in Various Gurudwaras and also at Prabhat Pheris ( Morning Rounds ) at Gurupurabs. By the Grace of Almighty , he came in Sangat of " Bhai Sahib Bhai Sewa Singh Ji Tarmala " in the year 2000 and learnt the Practical of this Human Body by practising Shabad Guru " Waheguru " .

He also learnt the objective of this Human incarnation. Upon the orders of " Bhai Sewa Singh Ji Tarmala ", he started delivering the message of Guru Granth Sahib to Sangat and started preaching the message of Akal Purakh.

After that there was no turning back as the goal of life has been understood and way has been clear. He started performing in Kirtan and religious speeches various Gurudwara to spread the message of Dhan Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji. His source of inspiration remains his Jeevan Saathi , his wife, Bibi Bhupinder Kaur and his both children Bibi Amandeep Kaur and Bhai Akashdeep Singh.

To further spread the message of Gurmat and Selfless service, Bhai Balbir Singh along with Religious Sikhs and intellectual persons formed a trust named " Sada Sukh Charitable Trust." (Regd.)

Through which he is determined to perform the Service of humanity for the Downtrodden, Needy people of the society besides telling them Message of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The sole purpose is to join the peoples with Dhan Dhan shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
